Ah… the South…
We inhabitants in South of Brazil. Ours state called Rio Grande do Sul, is knowing for your food, your rigorous clime (mainly during the winter) and the typical drink the "Chimarrão". Down we make a glossary on some things of South:

Churrasco
Is as we called one of typical foods of South. Is make basically the bovine meat baked on fire or live coal with the use props of wood or metal called "espetos" or "grelhas". The origen of the name "Churrasco" came the platinos countries where means: Piece of baked meat in live coal.
